Build lean muscle & burn calories in a circuit training class that will rotate between Upper Body, Lower Body, and Core twice per week. Each class is a 60 minute circuit style class designed around a mix of stations that vary between bodyweight, weights, bars, balls and plyo-metrics. A perfect mix between group classes and personal training. We welcome all ages and levels as every workout can be modified.
