In nature’s deep stillness, we are reminded that the absence of light is not emptiness, but a fertile place where healing, dreaming, and transformation quietly unfold. This meditation guides participants through a soulful descent into the void, where the miracle of inner illumination begins to glow. Through layered soundscapes, guided imagery, and intentional breath, we awaken the quiet wisdom within and prepare to rise renewed with the returning sunPop Up Option Newly AvailableJeanine is delighted to give you the flexibility of Pop Up Classes. Last night I gave myself a well earned timeout. I tried Yoga with Dawn for the first time. This class was for beginners, it was gentle and it was all in good energy.I have been struggling with chronic pain (hip and back) as well as dealing with some other stressors in life. I went with the intention of helping to heal, stretch and strengthen my hip and back. Working on balance and stability is something I desperately need too. I think I finally found my true medicine. You really don’t think of all you’re carrying or how you’re carrying it until you pause and afford yourself the opportunity to think about it - especially in a kind, welcoming, and peaceful place. I found myself in this great place last night with Dawn. It’s amazing when you realize you’re actually forgetting to breathe. You realize your jaw is clenched but you didn’t otherwise know. That you’re making a fist our slouching in quiet defeat. Or that you’re not as steady on your feet as you once were and you’re even more elated that you’re there working on improving it.The awareness alone is worth the price of admission!Dawn provides education, humor, grace, in a peaceful “ego-free” safe space allowing you to unwind and reset. So grateful. Om Shanti Om.
