Through layered soundscapes, guided imagery, and intentional breath, we awaken the quiet wisdom within and prepare to rise renewed with the returning sun January Sound Meditation Theme: "Mindful Momentum and Intention Setting" - January 5th & 15th 6:15-7:15 PMJanuary invites us into the quiet threshold of a new year. In nature’s deep stillness, we are reminded that the absence of light is not emptiness, but a fertile place where healing, dreaming, and transformation quietly unfold. This meditation guides participants through a soulful descent into the void, where the miracle of inner illumination begins to glow. Awakening Bliss invites participants to gently awaken to joy, presence, and possibility, cultivating a sense of inner radiance that blossoms from within. March Sound Meditation Theme: "Spring Refresh – Mindful Transitions" - March 2nd & 12th 6:15-7:15 PMMarch is a month of transition, where the quiet of winter begins to dissolve into the vitality of spring. In nature’s deep stillness, we are reminded that the absence of light is not emptiness, but a fertile place where healing, dreaming, and transformation quietly unfold. This meditation guides participants through a soulful descent into the void, where the miracle of inner illumination begins to glow.
