Inspired Vibrations-Class Offerings
Finding the Warrior within Self-Care Tools to Making YOU a Priority
A weekly series of helping lift you up and destress your day using Meditation, Journaling Positive Affirmations, EFT, Positive Manifesting. Each week we will focus on a different area and meditate to incorporate other useful tools that can be used throughout the week until your next class. Can be done independently or together. Our focus is to provide ways to help you feel better and clear space in your life for gratitude and positivity.
Bring a Yoga mat, and a Pillow and/or Blanket if you choose.
45 minute class- Meet weekly (4 week series)

Exploring the Chakras and learning to use Meditation and Focus to Achieve Balance in your life
A seven week Series into exploring each chakra and learning to listen to your energy and your body to clear out where you are stuck in your life. Each class will incorporate teachings, and meditations to explore each week a different Chakra.
Bring a Yoga mat, and a pillow and/or blanket if you would like to.
60 minute class

Intro to Journaling
Explore the benefits of journaling and how to get started in a group with prompts and quiet reflections and self care tools to expand the journey. Or use as a daily individual practice on your own.
45 minute class- 2 or 3 week series 

Intro to Meditation
Explore the creative ways to learn how to meditate. Quiet reflection is not the only kind of meditation. Come learn your way to meditate that is personal and helpful to YOU. Classes will incorporate different techniques and principles into the healthy benefits of mediating daily or weekly. We will end each class with a visual meditation personalize to what is happening in your life.
45 minute class- 2 or 3 week series. 

Introduction to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) also known as Tapping
We will learn what EFT is and its healthy body and mind benefits and the scientific research how EFT lowers the Cortisol levels in your body and helps to reduce stress and anxiety. Can benefit all ages and help with past experiences that you hold onto.
The class will be educational and we will practice tapping and its benefits at the end of each class.
45 minute class- 2 or 3 week series. 

Meditation Together
A time with Parent and pre teen/ teen
To focus on way to destress, relax and enjoy space together.
3 week series
Bring Yoga Mat, towel or blanket
