Jeanine Chayka of Inspired Vibrations is ready to take you on a journey of relaxation, rejuvenation, and soul nourishment. With a combination of guided meditation and sound vibrations, she activates your mind and body to unwind, letting go of pesky stressors and emotional baggage. It is time to let your inner Zen shine! Register and join her for a sound-tastic adventure.

Jeanine is a certified Practitioner of Sound and Vibrational Therapies, certified Practitioner in Reiki Energy 1 & 2 and Meditation guide. She offers individual and group sessions of Sound and Vibrational Healing and Meditation and Sound classes to heal the mind, body and spirit.  Some of her sessions and classes include the accompaniment of her Crystal and Himalayan bowls, chimes,
drums, ocean drum, a rain stick and a variety of sound vibration instruments to heal.

Meditation - Relax and Unwind
Jeanine will offer a guided meditation each class with a focus to bring peace and harmony to your life.  Each class will talk about the energy centers, intentions, and ways to relax and unwind at home between classes. The class will include soft music to allow you to relax throughout the guided meditation and beyond leaving you with a feeling of a deep sleep and a release of any stress and worry that you came with.
