Jeanine is a certified Practitioner of Sound and Vibrational Therapies, certified Practitioner in Reiki Energy 1 & 2 and Meditation guide. She offers individual and group sessions of Sound and Vibrational Healing and Meditation and Sound classes to heal the mind, body and spirit.  Some of her sessions and classes include the accompaniment of her Crystal and Himalayan bowls, chimes,
drums, ocean drum, a rain stick and a variety of sound vibration instruments to heal.

 October Sound Meditation Theme: “Harvest of Heart: Finding Stillness” : October 6th & 23rd 6:15-7:15
A deeply grounding and restorative experience that mirrors the quieting of nature and the inward turn of the soul during fall.
 “Harvest of Stillness” invites participants to gather the fruits of their inner work, release what no longer serves, and rest in the spaciousness of silence. As the trees let go of their leaves, this meditation encourages gentle surrender, reflection, and preparation for the inner winter ahead.

 November Sound Meditation Theme: "Harvest of the Heart: Gratitude and Gathering : November 3rd & 20th 6:15-7:15

As autumn deepens and the natural world prepares for rest, this meditation invites participants to pause and reflect on the emotional and spiritual harvests of the year. Through sound, imagery, and guided introspection, they’ll gather moments of growth, connection, and transformation—offering gratitude for what has nourished them and gently releasing what no longer serves. This is a time to honor the fullness of the heart and prepare the soul for winter’s quiet wisdom.
