9:00 - 10:30 AM Beginner Lessons - Importance of safety & proper footwear, learn basic shot strokes, how to dink, serve and return, scoring, rules and sustain a short rally
10:30 AM - 12:00 PM Advanced Beginner Lessons - Improve serves, returns, dinks, learn how to volley, block shots and perform punch volleys at the kitchen/non-volley zone, importance of court positioning
