This class uses physical fitness, cooperative games, and weekly "challenges" such as the 100 push-ups in a day challenge, the wall-sit challenge, the pull-up challenge, etc. The focus is aimed at developing participants who are motivated by their physical and mental fitness throughout the program. Experience the Warrior mindset and become an individual who always shows up and never fails to try!
Tuesdays 3:15- 5:00pm
8 weeks
Program will be held on the track and field behind Sarah Noble Intermediate School. Kids will meet with Coach Crandell at the parent pick up area after school and head to the track from there.
Schedule:
Mondays, September 8th through November 3rd
NO session October 13th
Requirements: Sneakers, comfortable attire, and a water bottle

Late Pick-Up Policy:
There is a $20 late fee for every 15 minutes that you are late to pick up your student after 5:15 PM.
