Summer Recreation Camp at NES (Entering Grades 1-5)

Get ready for your child's best summer yet at New Milford’s favorite summer camp program! Our CPR and First Aid certified counselors will lead campers in a variety of activities designed to develop life skills and to have fun. Every day is different with games, arts and crafts, trips and more.

If your student is attending summer school, the guardian is responsible for transportation to and from camp. Parks and Recreation will not meet summer school buses.

Monday - Friday
Full sessions and weekly options available!
June 27th - August 5th
There is no camp on July 4th
August 5th (last day) camp ends at 12PM

Pricing:
Residents: Full session/$500 or weekly/$100
Non-Residents: Full session/$700 or weekly/$150

Requirements: 
- Please register for the grade your child is going into Fall 2022
- Children must have completed Kindergarten to register
- Children must be potty trained
- Closed toe shoes
- Bagged lunch (that does not require refrigeration) 
- Water bottle
- Sunscreen (counselors can only apply spray sunscreen to campers)

What to leave home:
Technology. Parks and Recreation is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.

Clatter Valley Park Trips
7/7, 7/21, 8/4
Everyone goes to the park. Enjoy a day at the park participating in hiking, disc golf, field games and more!

Lynn Deming Trip Schedule 
Every Tuesday (6/28, 7/5, 7/12, 7/19, 7/26, 8/2)
Everyone goes to Lynn Deming. If you do not want your child to swim at the park please state so during the registration process. 

Field Trips
Trips are an additional fee and must be registered for separately. Space is limited, we recommend registering for trips at the time of camp registration. No refunds for trips will be granted. A camp T-shirt must be worn on all field trips and all on-site special events (one [1] t-shirt per child is included in the cost of camp).
