Couch to 5K
Running your first 5K is 100% achievable, regardless of your fitness level, as long as you have patience, persistence, and motivation. Of course, it also helps to have a good training plan to follow.
Participants will train with a structured approach to gradually increasing their endurance and speed; ensuring you’re making steady progress toward your goal and a smile when you cross the finish line!
This program would help new runners get into the runner mindset and routine of being able to successfully participate in the New Milford Road Race in July.
Registration for this program also includes registration for the New Milford Road Race on Saturday, July 25th. You do NOT need to register for the road race separately.
