This program is an intro to touch flag rugby for grades 4 - 8. 
 
Interested in trying Rugby? This program will help introduce new players to the sport and show them the basics of how to play. Rugby is a fast paced, fun, safe and exciting sport. Though rugby players don't wear pads or helmets, the techniques and rules of the sport make impact much safer. Rugby players are taught to use their arms and shoulders when making contact with opponents. Participants will learn the basics of how to play along with training drills over a 6 week period. Players will be using flag belts during play to help lessen contact. 

Requirements: Sneakers, mouth guard, and water.

Late Pick-Up Policy:
There is a $20 late fee for every 15 minutes that you are late to pick up your student after 5:15 PM.
