EMANUEL WILLIAMSON PARK PICKLEBALL COURT USAGE TRIAL POLICY
1. The nets and courts are for public use and each Block will need to have at least one pickleball reservation (via MyRec).
2. Please be kind and share the courts with basketball players.
3. By registering you will receive the most current padlock combination to gain access to the nets that are stored in the wooden storage bin next to the pavilion.
4. You must bring your own paddles and balls.
5. Please neatly fold-up the nets and poles and place back in the storage bin. Please remember to re-lock the padlock on the storage bin when you are done.
6. Please notify the Parks & Recreation Department at 860-355-6050 with any problems.
7. Please do not share the combination with anyone.
8. Theft and vandalism are our biggest concern and your registration will help us gauge the success of this trial program.
9. Failure to follow these rules will be just cause for loss of privileges or the closure of the Pickleball courts.
