Allow Dawn to help you explore a new yoga class or deepen your existing yoga practice. Dawn fosters a non competitive, friendly environment where all students are encouraged to grow and learn. Dawn is a registered yoga teacher as well as a certified preK-12 classroom teacher with many years of teaching both children and adults. She specializes in differentiation of her instruction to bring yoga to students of all levels. Her main goal inteaching is to leave you calmer and more centered mentally and physically with skills to take off the mat into the real world.Class requirements:Students must be able to get up and down off the floor with ease. Please bring your own yoga mat, yoga blocks and yoga strap. Additionally, dress in comfortable clothing you can move in and you may wish to bring a water bottle.Mindful Yoga Tuesdays 9:30-10:30This yoga class will incorporate yoga movement and breathing that will be leave the mind calm and the body stronger. Each class will build upon different yoga sequences with modifications available.
