Registration Information

  • Registrations must be purchased prior to the program start and cannot be accepted at the program site.
  • Programs are open to all New Milford residents.
  • Non-residents may register for most programs, depending on availability; one week before the programs begins at an additional cost of $20.
  • Credit Card, Debit Card & Online Processing Fees are charged via third party, unrelated to our program fees and non-refundable.
  • Gift certificates, Account Credit and All other Fees, Deposits and Gift Cards (full or partial balance) for programs/events/leagues/tournaments/park reservations/etc. cannot be prorated or transferred and are non-refundable unless canceled by Parks and Rec. Exceptions require Parks and Rec. Comm. approval and must be requested in writing within 30 days of program end date (requests after 30 days will not be considered).
  • Cancelled program fees will be credited to your account, unless a refund request is submitted in writing (email is acceptable) including the name and address where to mail the refund check within 30 days from cancellation.
  • A $25 processing fee will be charged for all returned checks.
  • Giving false information may result in your being asked to leave a program without refund or account credit.
