Welcome to the 2024 Co-ed Softball Season!
The season begins Sun., Sept. 8, 2024.

IMPORTANT: Please note the following changes and information!
  • Team and Player Registration along with all paperwork is online (no paperwork will be printed or accepted). We are always happy to answer your questions and guide you through this process.
  • The Team Info Sheet is now a series of questions during registration. Players will not be able to register for a team until the team has registered online and paid the $150 minimum deposit.
  • The manager or sponsors = Register the team from personal or company accounts. (Instruction link below). Once you have registered your team, please give us a little time to open up registration for your players (this is done manually on the system by the office). Teams will not be able to register without paying the minimum $150 deposit.
  • Players will not be able to register for a team until the team has registered online (instruction link below).
  • Managers can view their rosters online! (instruction link below)
  • Players registering with $0 payment due = Continue with the payment process, you will not be charged. Do Not create a pre-registration form – it will not register you!
  • Players looking for a team to play on - register as a "free agent".

Due dates:
  • Aug. 23rd - Final Day to register a team and pay $150 deposit without a $50 penalty. (Managers remember your players cannot register until your team is registered) 
  • Aug. 30th - Final Day to pay the final balance for the season. 
  • Sept. 5th - Final Day without penalty for:
     o Player registration. Players registering with $0 payment due. Continue with the payment process to register (you will not be charged) **Do Not create a pre-registration form! - It will not register you!!**
  • Sept. 8th - Softball League Begins!

Team Fee Estimate: $590 (This is only an estimate based on 9 teams! – The actual fee will be determined and an adjustment will be made to your account balance when we know how many teams are playing).

Payment Options:
  • Credit/Debit cards: Done at check-out online. (3% processing fee for credit/debit cards charged via third party, unrelated to the registration fees and non-refundable). If you do not want to pay the processing fee, create a **pre-registration form by following the cash/check payment instructions below.
  • Cash/Check: Create a **pre-registration online at check-out and place payment in our secure drop box located at the front of the JPCC building (photo below) or come into our office, Mon. – Fri during normal business hours.

**Please be aware: Pre-registration forms DO NOT register teams or players. (you will only be registered when payment is processed - all due dates and penalties still apply).
