Fall Cross Country
This cross country program is designed to build fitness, character, and a lifelong love for running in youth athletes.
Our Cross Country program introduces runners in grades 3-5 to the fundamentals of distance running in a supportive, team-oriented environment. We accommodate all skill levels, from beginners discovering the sport to experienced runners sharpening their racing strategies.
- Age-Appropriate Training: Workouts are tailored to developmental stages, focusing on form, endurance, and pacing.
- Skill Progression: Beginners learn fundamental running mechanics, while older athletes tackle advanced race tactics and threshold training.
- Games & Fun: We incorporate active running games to keep energy high and prevent burnout.
- Character Building: Training emphasizes sportsmanship, goal setting, mental resilience, and mutual encouragement.
Put on your shoes and let's start running.
